The value displayed by the radar level gauge is negative

Dear seniors, I have a Siemens radar level gauge in my workplace; its range is 0–5580 mm. The value displayed in real time is around “-740”. Why is a negative value shown? How can this issue be resolved? Does the radar level gauge also have a zero-setting function similar to that of pressure transmitters? If not, how can it be fixed? Is it by adjusting the range? Become “-740---4840”? I hope you will not hesitate to offer your guidance. Thank you
Forgot to mention it – the tank is currently empty
The specific values set for the high and low positions are incorrect; the actually measured headroom is greater than the value corresponding to the low position. In other words, the liquid level being measured is below the lower limit of the range.
