Regarding the determination of chain values

Knowing the design parameters of the equipment, such as the design pressure or temperature, how can one determine the interlock values for temperature and pressure? What determines the chain value? Are there any relevant standards for reference? I would appreciate your advice
It’s interlocking, not a chain of stores； Reference AQ3036-2010; the secondary alarm value is generally the same as the interlock value.
Generally, it’s the design institute that provides the parameters, right? Are you sure you can do it by yourself?
