There is a SIS loop like this: the isolation valve is closed in the event of a pump failure. The failure rates of sensors such as those for temperature, pressure, and flow rate can be obtained from the safety function certificate. Now, I want to know where I can find the failure rates of the sensors related to pump failures Could some expert give me some advice?
