Reasons why a differential pressure flow meter shows negative pressure

At the site, an Aniuwa flow meter is being used to measure the steam flow. At low flow rates, it shows a negative pressure of -0.6 to 1.0 kPa. After checking, it was found that the pressure transfer tubes are not blocked, and the positive and negative pressures are not reversed. There is flow in the pipes, but it’s at a low level. The zero point of the transmitter has also been adjusted and calibrated. Could the experts please explain why negative pressure is being displayed and how this issue can be resolved? Thank you
The zero point of the differential pressure gauge is negatively offset. . . It needs to be zeroed out again.
Check the transmitter power supply. . . . . .
It’s possible that the transmitter’s zero point has drifted, and it needs to be recalibrated； It could also be due to a leak on the positive pressure side of the pressure guide tube, or it might be caused by large fluctuations in pressure.
Check the pipe connections to see if there is any air leakage
