Which are the manufacturers of control valve islands?

Dear everyone: We are currently looking for several valve island manufacturers that offer intrinsically safe and explosion-proof features. So far, we know of Festo, De’an, and Baode – are there any others?
The places mentioned along the way, such as Festo, De’an, and Baode, are all quite good :)
Intrinsic safety explosion protection can also be provided by Burkert. Developed in collaboration with Siemens
