During PID tuning, how should p and i be set initially?
First, set the proportion; its effect is small at first and increases later. For integration and differentiation, it is decided based on a comprehensive consideration of parameters and effects as to whether to include them or not!
What did it refer to initially? Before starting up, or after starting up before switching to automatic mode?
The initial value is roughly estimated based on experience; a preliminary value is set first, and then fine-tuning is carried out. For the engineering tuning of PID controller parameters, the following are some empirical values for P.I.D parameters in various control systems: For temperature T: P=20~60%, T=180~600s, D=3-180s ； Pressure P: P=30~70%, T=24~180s ； Liquid level L: P=20~80%, T=60~300s ； Flow rate L: P=40~100%, T=6~60s.
First, adjust the scale factor to ensure that the parameter fluctuations meet the requirements, then adjust i to modify the transition curve.
