The level gauge used in our silo is an E+H MFR250; after installation, it was found that the measured values would suddenly rise or fall and remain at those levels for a long time, resulting in inaccurate readings due to these fluctuations.
This is normal for radar level gauges; to operate reliably and accurately, the following is required: 1. A suitable object for measurement. 2. The installation interface location and diameter are appropriate. 3. The radar level gauge has been properly selected. 4. Debugging is complete. 5. Fate. You see, it’s still quite complicated. But once it’s running well, it’s also the simplest; there’s no real reason for that.
