Electromagnetic flowmeters occasionally fail to display any reading at the beginning

Domestic electromagnetic flowmeters sometimes fail to display readings within the first minute of operation. What causes this, and which component of the flowmeter is responsible? If it needs to be fixed, does the whole thing have to be replaced? It probably has little to do with the material; after replacing it with another one, such problems never occurred.
We should rely on domestic products; some flow meters indeed have numerous problems – it’s hard to describe them in words.
1. The medium has not filled the tube yet. 2. Slight contamination on the electrodes
It must be a software issue. Sensitivity settings are available to prevent excessive fluctuations.
