Environmental requirements for using a sulfur-nitrogen analyzer: 1. Environmental temperature and lighting requirements – Maintain the room temperature between 10°C and 30°C, with relatively stable conditions; the instrument should be protected from direct light. Note: To ensure the proper and stable operation of the analysis system, it is recommended to use an air-conditioned room. 2. Requirements regarding dust and corrosive gases: The instrument should be kept away from areas with dust and corrosive gases. Because corrosive gases can reduce electrical performance, affecting the proper operation of the cooler. Dust can affect the operation of the fan, causing the temperature outside the pyrolyzer to rise and affecting the stability of the instrument ; At the same time, dust can also adhere to the surface of the reaction chamber, leading to a decrease in the luminous intensity and thus affecting the sensitivity of the instrument. 3. Requirements for indoor space: The indoor work surface must be stable enough to allow the entire set of instruments to be arranged in order, while also being able to support their weight. 4. Ventilation and flammability requirements: Indoor air circulation must be maintained, and the presence of any flammable gases is strictly prohibited. Note: The temperature inside the high-temperature pyrolysis furnace reaches 1050°C; the presence of any flammable gases can cause an explosion! Warning: When testing for leaks in the gas lines, be sure not to wet any electrical components inside the enclosure, and ensure that the gas lines are not contaminated. Note: Argon can be replaced by helium.
