Installation of liquid level gauge in condensate tank

Dear teachers, I have a thin-walled condensate tank here; the wall thickness of the tank is 1.8 mm, and it contains steam condensate. It is an open-type tank, and I now want to install a level gauge. Which type of level gauge would be suitable? Will the magnetic flap be too heavy to stay in place? If anyone has experience, please help answer; thank you so much!
Is a rod-type static pressure level gauge installed on top of the open container?
Since there is a steam trap connected to it, there will be a lot of water vapor present, as well as some pressure; isn’t a static pressure level gauge suitable for this situation?
A magnetic flap will do; if there’s a concern that it won’t hold, a support can be added
If static pressure is not required and magnetic flap switches are not needed, a top-mounted float level gauge can be considered
