Question for help: Where should the on-site thermometers for spherical tanks and dome tanks be installed?

On dome tanks, many on-site thermometers can be found installed on the tank wall near the ground level. Where are the on-site thermometers for the spherical tank? Is it usually placed at the bottom of the tank or on the top? Take the ethylene sphere tank as an example.
The on-site thermometer is designed to be easily visible to inspection personnel; if it is placed at the top, the frequency of inspections **decreases**.
There are two criteria that can be used as a reference. As shown in Figure SH3007: Installation location of temperature measurement instruments for dome tanks and floating roof tanks; Figure SH3136: Installation location of temperature measurement instruments for liquefied hydrocarbon spheres
Installed at the bottom of the spherical tank, avoiding the manhole at the lower part of the tank.
Generally the bottom, for easy observation.
Installed at the bottom of the tank to measure the liquid phase temperature.
Generally, there are specifications at about 1 meter below the bottom of the tank.
