What do the markings on the flange mean?

4*3 B 16.5 300 A182 F316/316L 69113 3002441 142859. I can understand that the material is 316 and the pressure rating is 300 pounds, but I don’t understand anything else. Could you please tell me what size gasket to use?

b16.5 American standard steel pipe flange standards ANSI, ASME； A182/F316/316L are forgings, while the corresponding cast versions are A351/cm8m/cm3m; I can’t understand the rest, so it’s recommended to ask in the piping section about those materials
