Are there any requirements regarding the location of this anti-static terminal? Can’t it be placed in the cabinet room?
There are two types of anti-static devices: 1. Static grounding. Prevent static electricity buildup by discharging charges through an electrostatic grounding system. It can be installed under the floor of the cabinet room ； 2. Human body static electricity discharge. Prevents the human body from carrying static electricity, which could cause damage upon contact with sensitive areas. It is generally prevented at the entrance (the room entrance or outside the cabinet room entrance door). Static discharge is generally achieved by connecting to the grounding system through a static discharge ball.
