What are the organizations involved in PID parameter tuning currently, both domestically and internationally? Are there any relatively mature ones that you could recommend? Or what are the obstacles encountered during implementation? Thank you all. Yokogawa? State-controlled? Honey?
Didn’t understand? Why does one need to set up a separate company just for PID tuning?
What does PID tuning involve? Haven’t heard of it!
PID refers to the three basic control laws of controllers, namely Proportional control (P), Integral control (I), and Derivative control (D). PID parameters refer to the proportional gain (δ), integral time (Ti), and derivative time (Td), which represent the intensity of proportional control, integral control, and derivative control respectively. Tuning the PID parameters involves adjusting these three values in order to achieve the best control performance in the control loop (for example, a 4:1 attenuation in the transition process).
Um, our company paid a domestic company to handle all the PID tuning for the loops
Century Longbo? It is recommended to use some mature CPM software. PID parameter tuning and circuit performance monitoring are not something that can be done once and be done properly; real-time monitoring and continuous optimization are required.
How did they work that out? Are there any reference documents? Can share it
