Centum VP allocation authorization issue

My computer’s name is the same as the station number’s name, and so is the host name, but I keep getting this 0643 error. I’m asking those who have encountered this error to help me solve it! I can’t find any solution at all; the system is Windows 10 Enterprise Edition, and I’ve reinstalled the system three times already!
The system’s hard drive must be in GPT partition format.
