I would like to ask the experts: According to GB51156 9.2.1,5, low-temperature detectors should be installed for leak detection in process unit areas, liquefied natural gas drainage ditches, and liquefied natural gas collection tanks. “\"Should\" means a mandatory requirement. But where should it be located? There is no specified range; if there is a channel for guiding liquid around the process equipment area, does installing a low-temperature detector in that channel suffice to meet this requirement? It seems unreasonable, but there are no regulations that specify exact numerical requirements, right?
