Small mixing tank: Using differential pressure to measure density?

Small mixing tank, with a diameter of 1.8 meters and a height of 3 meters; it has 2 flange connections measuring 800 mm each. Is there a good solution for measuring using a differential pressure transmitter with 2 flanges and diaphragms? Or has anyone used it? The budget is insufficient.
Is it a negative-pressure environment? By how much is the medium density different? Is it easy to crystallize? Will it be sticky? What’s the temperature? The more detailed the conditions, the better
