Problems with on-site installation of magnetic flap level gauges

The magnetic flap valve has now been installed and in use. The main problem that has arisen is overuse of it in the field, which results in a vacuum condition within the device; as a result, the float inside cannot move up or down. Is there any way to solve this issue?
Is there any material or precipitate that is blocking the float?
If you take it apart and look, it’s simple: as long as the valve is properly sealed
Calculate the cost, contact the manufacturer, and get a different float
1. Turn off the upper and lower valve switches, and remove it from below to inspect the interior. 2. If the panel shows all red without any change, red at both ends and white in the middle, or half red and half white, you can use a magnet to brush back and forth along the surface of the level gauge from top to bottom; by opening the drain port, the display on the level gauge will return to normal.
