The intermediate pipe is partially covered, with three small holes in it, corresponding to the three pressure guide pipes above. I thought it might be a orifice plate flow meter. But it’s still a bit different from tradition.

It should be a torus-type or wedge-shaped orifice flow meter; the torus-shaped portion at the bottom is there to allow condensate to flow through smoothly. The openings on the orifice plate are likely intended to facilitate pressure balancing when performing static calibration of the instrument, in case there is liquid present below. This is a type of special orifice plate. These differential pressure flowmeters are now rarely used, having been largely replaced by vortex flowmeters.

It’s clearly a wedge flow meter; what the person upstairs said almost made me believe it – what’s inside the pipe are wedge-shaped elements, not single-layer orifice plates. In the middle outside is a support structure, with pressure measurement tubes on both sides
The wedge flow meter features a middle tube that serves to support the transmitter; it is not in contact with the fluid. Pressure relief holes are located on the wedge inside the pipe, serving to protect the wedge. This can be used for dirty media; lining or spraying with PTFE can be employed to measure corrosive gases.
I agree with the view from floor 9; it’s the wedge flow meter, which is suitable for dirty environments as well as media that tend to get clogged. Judging from the picture, the medium should be non-corrosive; if it were corrosive, then it would have to be a double-flange differential pressure transmitter.
Personally, I think it’s a wedge flow meter. It’s our first meeting!
