As shown in the diagram, this ASCO solenoid valve is indicated as being capable of operation in both 2/5-way and 2/3-way modes. The way to switch between these modes depends on whether it’s the base plate attached to the back of the solenoid valve that determines this, or whether there are buttons on the solenoid valve itself for switching between 2/3-way and 2/5-way modes ? ?
This post was last edited by tiger2010 on 2020-6-26 at 18:02. The base plate installed behind the solenoid valve can be installed by rotating it 180 degrees. The solenoid valve in your picture has been removed from the cylinder, right?
Yes, move the bottom plate to another position. The baseplate installation determines the number of ports. There are no switch buttons.
