What certifications are required, such as for pipes, steel structures, static equipment, dynamic equipment, control cabinets, MCC cabinets, cables, cable trays, and so on? Thank you!

Haha, I have worked on this project; it’s just a copy of another project, with NASA playing the main role – there are very few requirements related to Brazil. Their purchases should all be made locally, and some standards are not specified separately during the design phase.
The main material procurement for the NASA/ACAI dual projects is carried out in Beijing; you should check the quotation documents for various specialties to find out what special requirements apply to the materials destined for Brazil. Pressure equipment must comply with NR-13.
Regarding the instrumentation and electrical aspects, apart from the inmetro certification which was mentioned separately, there were no special requirements at that time. Thank you very much for your reply.
