After a 100% positive shift of the zero point, what pressure input will result in an output of 4, 12, or 20 mA from the instrument? (Extra points will be given for a correct calculation process or detailed explanation)
4mA: 100kPa 10mA: 100+(8/16)*100=150kPa 20mA: 100+(16/16)*100=200kPa
The measurement range of the 1151GP pressure transmitter was originally 0–100 KPa; now the zero point has shifted by 100%. After the zero point shifts positively by 100%, the measurement range of the instrument becomes 100–200 KPa, with a corresponding output current of 4–20 mA. When 100 KPa is input, the instrument's output is 4 mA ; (Lower range limit) When 150 KPa is input, the instrument’s output is 12 mA ; 100+100*(12-4)/(20-4)=150KPa; when 200KPa is input, the instrument’s output is 20mA ; (Upper range limit)
