How many plastic pipes are there on the pipe gallery? DN25. They need to be supported for insulation. The spacing is about 3m. I checked that the support spacing for non-insulated pipes is only 1.7m. Is there any good way to support them without adding beams?
Is it okay to cover it with DN40 steel pipe or add angle steel to increase the strength?

I don’t know what your overall length is. If it’s less, it’s no problem to find a way to span 3 meters using insulation materials and protective layers. For example, with a 1.0mm protective layer, a span of 3 meters will be enough.
