For materials with high viscosity, when measuring the differential pressure across a pipeline, which differential pressure transmitter is suitable? Try to avoid dead zones to prevent material buildup.
Is it the regular diaphragm type, with a flushing ring? This is the cheapest option
Double flange; if a pressure guide tube is to be used, fill it with an isolation fluid.
I forgot to ask – what do you mean by the two sides of this pipe? Pipe head and pipe tail? If that’s the case, give priority to double flanges; if the double flanges aren’t long enough, use 2 single flanges and then perform a differential pressure calculation in the system.
