Description of the gauge label

The instruments undergo self-checks at the installation site, and then labels are attached. Are there any fixed formats for these labels? Or relevant specifications? Could everyone show it?
I’ve just arrived at a factory under construction; there are no instances available at the moment. However, the factories I’ve worked at before all required that the labels on the equipment on site indicate information such as the process it belongs to, the instrument tag number, the name of the instrument, its installation location, basic parameters, and the person responsible; proper formatting was sufficient.
Is it absolutely necessary to have terms for calibration date and expiration date? Are there any requirements in the standards?
