Happy New Year everyone. As shown in the picture, I drew an interlock between the temperature and pressure of the reactor and the hydrogen peroxide feed valve. If the temperature or pressure exceeds the warning, the feed will be shut down. Now I want to form an interlock with GCS glycol cooling. I don’t know if I can just follow the example. (The purpose is: If the temperature and pressure of the reactor exceeds the standard, turn off the feed and turn on GCS cold glycol cooling)
Happy New Year, for such a hard-working poster, I guess I have to wait for other masters to come.
This chain control is possible. You can mark one signal to control two points in the picture.; You can think more about the order or priority of the two
DCS interlock. Just follow the rules, it's not as strict as SIS.
1. Temperature and pressure measuring points should be marked TT and PT. 2. Is the feeding device a regulating valve or a shut-off valve? The outputs of the two regulators are passed through a calculator to regulate the valve.
No problem. It is recommended to mark the fault open or closed position (FC or FO) on the automatic valve. P&ID is based on the company’s consistent rules or * Just get used to drawing. There is no mandatory standard in this regard. If you are interested, you can study IEC 62424.
Thank you very much for your suggestion. I directly uploaded the DWG file and then added the SIS system. Teacher, please take a look and give me some suggestions. .
