I just purchased a unit with a capillary pressure transmitter. Can it be installed and used right away after purchase? Is it necessary to pay attention to the height of the flange and the gauge head? Does it have an impact if the header height and flange height are not consistent? If there is an impact, how can it be resolved? Thank you!
One should pay attention to those with a low pressure range; generally, capillary pressure transmitters are not very long, with a deviation of at most 1–2 kPa. Those with low requirements can be ignored; for those with high requirements, zero-point calibration can be used to eliminate the issue. zero trim

After installation, calibrate the 0 point; the installation position of the gauge head does not matter – it can be placed wherever it is easy to view and maintain.
