Gasoline is a solvent that evaporates easily and disperses into the air. I need a device that can continuously measure the ppm concentration of gasoline. Which gauge is used for measurement? I kindly ask experts and friends to share their experience generously.
Is it to measure flammability or just the concentration? For combustible gases, there are specialized detectors for gasoline-based combustible gases; in cases of high concentrations, online monitoring of non-methane hydrocarbons is necessary.
Gasoline is a mixture of various complex hydrocarbons or derivatives of hydrocarbons, and expressing it in ppm is not very appropriate. Could it be expressed in terms of VOCs, or would expressing it as total non-methane hydrocarbons be more in line with the actual situation?
