Selection specifications and standards for lightweight ventilation butterfly valves

On the site drawings, the two models of lightweight electric butterfly valves for ventilation are TQD941W-0.1C DN300 and QD941W-0.1C DN300. What is the difference between the two? Are there any standards, specifications, or catalogues for relevant model descriptions? (P.S. Currently, valve manufacturers and design firms hold opposing views; the former believe that TQD is a regulating electric butterfly valve while QD is a regular on/off electric butterfly valve, whereas the latter consider TQD to be an ultra-lightweight on/off electric butterfly valve and QD to be a lightweight on/off electric butterfly valve.)
If this model is indicated on the valve nameplate, then it is what the valve manufacturer says is correct； If it’s on the drawings, then the design institute is correct. Generally, when designing, design institutes rely on the product specifications and models of certain manufacturers; it seems likely that the valve manufacturer you mentioned is not one that the design institute is familiar with.
