Dear teachers, what does 0.2 Mpa on a float flow meter mean? Is it such that after pressure reduction, the constant pressure is 0.2 Mpa? As long as the pressure exceeds 0.2 Mpa, the output will be 0.2; if it is less than 0.2, then the output will be the same as that value?
What you’re indicating here is mass flow rate; surely the gas density must depend on the corresponding temperature and pressure
0.2 MPa is the required operating pressure, while the gauge displays the flow rate under standard conditions. Only by stabilizing it at 0.2 MPa can an accurate flow rate under standard conditions be obtained. There are specific calculation conversion relationships.
The dial indicates the flow rate of hydrogen at 80°C and 0.2 MPa; if the operating conditions are not met, a compensatory calculation can be carried out using the ideal gas equation PV=nRT to obtain the accurate flow rate
The flow rate is calibrated at a pressure of 0.2 MPa. The crime measurement is accurate under these conditions!
