External-mounted ultrasonic flow meter

Hello everyone. Our factory needs to conduct water balance measurements. Since it’s not possible to modify the pipelines for raw water and circulating water, and instruments need to be installed online, we are considering external ultrasonic flowmeters. Could those who are experts please explain their advantages and disadvantages and recommend some brands? Thank you
Here, we commonly use the TDS-100 ultrasonic flow meter from Dalian Haifeng; it seems to have a decent service life, and the coupling agent needs to be checked roughly once a year.
