Coking furnace feed flow meter

At present, our company’s coking unit heating furnaces use wedge flow meters for feeding, and these meters suffer from problems such as blockages leading to large measurement errors. Flushing them with diesel or ethanolamine results in overheating at the furnace outlet; therefore, it is necessary to remove the meter, clean it, and reinstall it each time, which poses a significant risk. Is there any good solution to avoid clogging, or are there any effective methods for flushing and cleaning?
