On-site water level gauge for the drum

The normal operating pressure of the boiler in our factory is 12.5 MPa at 350°C. Currently, a bull’s-eye dual-color water level gauge is being used. Frequent leaks occur over time of use; as soon as one is replaced, the next one starts leaking again, resulting in high maintenance costs. The manufacturer says that these bull’s-eye lenses need to be replaced every six months; if that’s the case, the cost per year would amount to millions, which is too high. Do you know of any brands that offer good quality for similar applications? Please recommend them
Replacing it every six months really doesn’t work
This must be some cheap, low-quality product from a small factory; it’s so easy for information to leak – there are serious issues here. Aren’t you afraid of high temperatures and high pressures? Change to another brand quickly
How come I’ve never heard that the water level gauge needs to be replaced every six months? This is a bit ridiculous. Where did it leak from?
I would like to ask what a bull’s-eye dual-color water level gauge is, and are there any other types of dual-color water level gauges? Do not spray
For mica sheets, use artificial mica instead of natural mica; add 2-3 sheets of mica. Choose an experienced manufacturer.

You need to tell everyone what exactly broke and caused the leak after you disassemble it. You have blind spots here; wasn’t it required to choose one without blind spots?
