In the operating conditions of our unit, there are two substances with similar densities; a stratification occurs, and an emulsion layer is also present in between. Now, it is necessary to measure the two substances and the emulsion layer in between in real time and with accuracy. Thereby enabling effective separation, with subsequent recovery of each component. What kind of level gauge and switch would be most suitable? It would be good to have information on manufacturers
Is the difference in conductivity large? If it’s large, there are more options
One is conductive while the other oil is non-conductive. May I ask how experts make their choices? The emulsion layer in the middle should be quite troublesome
