(hereinafter referred to as “Yuntianhua Information Company”), Yunnan Yuntianhua Dawa Ammonia Production Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yuntianhua Dawa Ammonia Production”), and Huawei jointly held a conference to showcase the results of applying the world’s first large-scale RTO (Real Time Optimizer) model in gasification projects. Based on Huawei’s Pangu large model, this project carries out RTO model training, enabling gasification units to accurately simulate and predict key operational parameters such as the temperature of the gasifier, the thickness of the slag layer, and the viscosity of the slag. This facilitates deep optimization and ultimate stability in the production process. Yu Zuida, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Yuntianhua Dawa Ammonia Production, explained that as one of the units participating in this joint innovation pilot project, Yuntianhua Dawa Ammonia Production has, after half a year of stable operation, significantly reduced the need for human intervention and lowered the labor intensity, thereby greatly enhancing the stability and safety of the plant’s operations ; It also achieves a 1.33% reduction in coal consumption; it is estimated that this will result in a savings of 9,100 tons of coal per year and a reduction of 20,086 tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year, bringing direct economic benefits of over 10 million yuan per year. Zhao Jungui, vice president and secretary-general of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, spoke highly of the project’s achievements. He pointed out that this is not only the first application of RTO technology in the field of coal gasification, but also a successful example of the integrated and innovative development of next-generation information technology and modern coal chemical industry; it will serve as an important model and guide for promoting the industrial use of AI in chemical enterprises in the future. At the meeting, Duan Wenhuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager and Vice Chairman of Yuntianhua Group, together with Li Junpeng, Vice President of Huawei’s Oil & Gas Mining Team, led the presentation of the achievements achieved through the use of the large-scale RTO modeling technology for gasification. The results of the world’s first application of a large-scale RTO model for gasification were announced. Gong Yiwen, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Director, and General Manager of Yuntianhua Information Company, emphasized that this successful practice of using such technology for ammonia production by Yuntianhua demonstrates that intelligent technologies are effective tools for advancing the development of a new type of industrialization. Next, Yuntianhua and Huawei will use this as a model to replicate these practices and promote their application, thereby strengthening the clean and efficient use of coal and fulfilling the company’s vision and mission of \"achieving a better life through green development\".
