Is there a template for a chain logic diagram?

I’ve never worked with instrument logic diagrams before; is there any guidance on how to draw basic logic diagrams? Are there any projects I can draw inspiration from?
I need to look at the instructions to do it. Systems and devices are different, and everyone’s drawing style is also different; it seems that there isn’t much in the way of borrowing.
I just don’t have any ideas; for example, regarding certain logical expressions, I need guidance on when to use which logic. The process provides instructions on how it is implemented, so I know how it works, but I have never drawn it before and don’t know how to draw it in a way that captures its logic. For example, in the diagram, the valves behind are opened when the process temperature is high – I know that. But without any references, I don’t know how to draw the interlock diagram. I mainly haven’t studied it, so I’m quite confused. Do you have any chain diagrams? No need for process explanations; I think I can understand the logic just by looking at the chain diagrams. I just can’t draw it on my own; having a reference helps, so that next time I encounter a similar scenario I can draw it right away. Just like in my diagram, since I haven’t seen it, even if it’s simple or logical, I can’t figure out how to draw it.
