Can 20bar steam use PN16 instrument flange?

The flange of the single flange pressure transmitter is marked PN1.0/1.6. Can this DN50 instrument be used on 20bar steam? Is there any difference between DN50, PN 16, PN25 and PN40 stainless steel flanges?
The pressure levels are different. I checked a lot online and the pressure levels must be correct.
For safety reasons, the use of PN10/16 flanges is not recommended.

1bar=0.1MPa I think you should understand the pressure unit conversion and then consider the solution to the problem.
