Reed switches are not affected by the external atmosphere; they can be designed in a contactless format, making them suitable for frequent operations, but they are susceptible to interference from electromagnetic fields； The characteristics of microswitches are the opposite of those of reed switches. In environments with corrosive gases and humidity, reed switches perform better; under normal conditions, the two are similar.
