Solution: Check the assembly method. Error code: ERROR20. Meaning: The EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) cannot be accessed for data storage. Impact: The actuator moves to a safe position; after about 5 seconds, the TZIDC/TZIDC-200 locator automatically restarts and attempts to recover the data, as a way to compensate for intermittent errors in an environment where an EEPROM is present. Solution: If it is still not possible to access the EEPROM data even after restarting the device and loading the factory settings, it is necessary to return it to the manufacturing facility for repair. Error code: ERROR21 Meaning: An error occurs when processing measurement values in the working data area (random access memory), as the operation points to an incorrect location. Impact: The actuator moves to a safe position; approximately 5 seconds later, the TZIDC/TZIDC-200 locator automatically resets and initializes the random access memory. Solution: If the error persists with the TZIDC/TZIDC-200 locator after restarting the device, it needs to be sent back to the manufacturing factory for repair. Error code: ERROR22 Meaning: An error occurs when processing tables in the working data area (random access memory), as the pointer points to an incorrect location.
