A pump needs to have its current displayed on the DCS; the current transmitters are already in place, but how should the range be set on the DCS side? Is it set based on the ammeter in the on-site electrical cabinet, or something else?
Set the DCS value to the same as the range of the current transmitter
Of course, it depends on the range of the ammeter; the current value corresponding to 20 milliamps
4~20mA corresponds to the range setting of the field ammeter.
