Dear sea friends: Carbon deposits and scale can easily accumulate inside the pump outlet pipeline, causing damage to the diaphragm of the pressure gauge. The pipeline pressure ranges from 0 to 3 kilograms. If the problem of pipeline blockage cannot be resolved, are there any good suggestions regarding what type of pressure gauge would be more suitable and durable?
When you say the pipelines are prone to clogging, do you mean the process main pipes or the pressure sampling pipelines? If it is a process main pipeline, the issue needs to be addressed from a process perspective; if it is merely a pressure tapping pipeline, then considering the use of backwashing methods could be an option, such as using flushing water or some 5 kilograms of cleaner process medium to flush the pressure tapping pipeline
