Valve selection issue

It’s a ball valve with magnesium powder added; the valve leaks internally due to long-term use. I was wondering if there are any other valves that could be used as alternatives? The use of butterfly valves does not guarantee sealing.
Valves of this type used in solid-containing media are prone to leakage due to friction between the valve core and the valve caused by solids. If high pressure resistance is not required, gate valves can be used; they provide one-way sealing and are much more resistant to solids

The main issue is severe wear; ceramic valves could be considered, as they are much more durable. Previously, a member on the forum asked me for advice on selecting a valve for a similar application involving wear, and using a ceramic valve gave excellent results – there was no leakage at all over the course of a year
Since it’s been confirmed that the original valve was leaking due to long-term use, why not simply replace it with a new one? Replacing the valve with a new type does not necessarily guarantee \"long-term\" performance. .
An eccentric rotary valve with a scraper design can be considered; it stops wearing out once it is disengaged from the valve seat sealing surface, offering high durability and being suitable for media such as granular solids

6 units – it’s not a long period of time either; it’s only about three months. The replacement cost for DN200 pneumatic valves is relatively high
