It’s difficult to do. The flange sizes are different, and I don’t know if the length of the temperature measuring rod can match. The main reason is that the site is in Indonesia, and it is inconvenient to do anything. The leader asked me to adjust it in the PLC program, but the change in the reading will involve the status of the material pump. My opinion is that the inlet of the material pump is turbulent, the change in pressure is uncertain, and it is unrealistic to modify the program.
It is feasible to change the temperature and liquid level mentioned above. It doesn't matter if the flange mouth is different. You can add some reducing joints to solve the problem.
You can consider installing a 90° measuring elbow in the flange, with the opening facing the direction of liquid inflow from the large tank, and measuring the total pressure to indicate the liquid level. There is stirring in the equipment above. If the stirring force is strong, it will affect the single flange pressure measurement.
