After checking the operating conditions, I saw that they involve high temperatures and pressures, something I haven’t dealt with before. In previous operations, the temperature was kept below 200 degrees Celsius and the pressure below 2 MPa. There were also guidelines provided by those who worked there before. Now it’s a new system, and from what I can see, the temperature range is 0–400 degrees Celsius, while the pressure ranges from 0–30 MPa; in some cases it even reaches 40 MPa. Under such high temperature and pressure conditions, the pressure gauges used previously had M20 thread connections. But at a pressure of 30 MPa now, can’t it be connected in this way anymore? Does one have to use flange connections instead? Are there any special requirements as well for pressure transmitters? And the temperature is also much higher than before? M20*15 is also fine for 100 MPa, and M20 is also suitable for 1000 degrees
High dielectric temperature affects the proper performance of electronic devices. A split installation is adopted under high-temperature conditions. Avoid direct exposure to high temperatures.
1000 degrees Celsius? Do you confirm that threaded connection is feasible at 1000 degrees Celsius?

What you said in the previous post is fine; so that means that under the aforementioned pressure of 100 MPa, it’s also okay even at a temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius, right? It is recommended that the original poster consult the contents of the national standard GB/T 9124, and seek the latest version. There, information is provided on the material of the connectors, their pressure ratings, and the maximum allowable temperature ranges. As the temperature rises, the applicable limits for pressure ratings decrease significantly; otherwise, safety cannot be ensured.
