I would like to ask: 1) What does the circle around R in Figure 1 mean? 2) Shouldn’t the reset button be represented by R at the bottom? Why is S at the bottom?
What does \"reset priority\" mean?
There is a difference in priority when both the set ‘S’ and reset ‘R’ signals are 1. When both the set and reset signals are 1, the output of an RS flip-flop is 0; reset takes precedence ； When both the set and reset signals are 1 for an SR flip-flop, the output is 1, with setting taking precedence.
