Why doesn’t the new Cologne mass flow meter display any readings?

When the wiring terminals of the flow meter are correct, the issue usually lies in whether the connectors in the control cabinet are connected to the power wiring terminals; if a safety barrier is used, then the question is whether that safety barrier is connected to the power wiring terminals. This is basically the problem at hand.
What isn’t displayed? Is it not shown on-site or are the data on the central control system inconsistent?
There are two possibilities: either the display is not visible to you, or there is no display at all
