Experts are indeed experts, with a wide range of knowledge. There’s a saying: experts are everywhere, while professors are as common as grass.
This can only be considered an optimization factor, and cannot be classified as a potential hazard. Perhaps considering the workload of the operators, it’s certainly not acceptable for them to sit in an uncomfortable position throughout their shift
But I think what the experts said this time makes sense – the design didn’t take this basic element into account

Ergonomics exists both abroad and in China. In fact, the country doesn’t pay much attention to this issue.
The large screen in the control room is at a 90-degree angle to the engineers’ workstations, which makes it difficult for them to monitor the controls
The design should emphasize ergonomics and put people first, paying attention to spaces such as those for the operator’s head, legs, and feet.
