Instrument FM sealing surface?

I would like to ask everyone: can temperature instruments, level instruments, and pressure instruments all use FM-sealed surfaces? Can fluorinated diaphragm pressure gauges and diaphragm pressure transmitters be used?

May I ask, can temperature, pressure (diaphragm pressure gauges, diaphragm pressure transmitters), level, flow rate, and valves all be represented in M format or FM format? Can fluorinated linings also be used for M surfaces and FM surfaces?
We too were required by the design institute to use MFM sealing surfaces, and it caused us a lot of problems
I guess no one knows the answer to your question; even those who claim to know are just making things up. People working in instrumentation don’t care about this – they focus entirely on DCS&PLC systems.
