I just compared them carefully, and the orifice ratio β chosen by the two orifice plate manufacturers is different: 0.232069 for one manufacturer and 0.46357 for the other. How is this orifice ratio calculated or determined? Are there any guidelines or criteria for this?

A high pressure difference results in energy loss, but it provides measurement accuracy and a large range ratio; the opposite is true. Actually, vortex street sensors are the best choice: they have low pressure loss, reliable measurement, high maintenance-free performance, high accuracy, and a wide measurement range.
I’ve calculated it using the maximum value; it’s around 0.38
Vortex flow meters: those made in China have unstable quality and are not durable, while those imported from abroad are too expensive
How is this opening ratio calculated?
One of these two factories chooses 0.23, while the other chooses 0.46. What is their basis for making these choices, or is it calculated?
The hole diameters are different, so the pressure difference must be different as well
