It is a chromatograph for on-line analysis, primarily used to measure total hydrocarbons and acetylene. These days, it has been making occasional strange noises, like sounds of something getting stuck. What’s going on here?
What brand of chromatography? I have some knowledge of chromatography and can discuss it.

Pre-treatment: three-way valve/filter/water vapor separator/heater, etc. Analyzer: Column cut-off valve/intake and exhaust valves/circuitry; the principle behind chromatography – PID, FID, TCD, laser, etc.; depends on the emission source.

This is the first time I’ve seen an analyzer from this brand; the hydrocarbon analyzers for air separation units that I have worked with use FID detectors, and their flow path is as shown in the picture. Listening to the voice in your video, looking at the information in your pictures, and gathering related content makes it seem like there’s an issue with the preprocessing part (it’s best to first check its manual to have a general idea of where to look for problems).
There are some valves inside the online chromatography chassis that switch, and the carrier gas flows through as well; it’s normal to hear noises

They contain various moving components such as sampling valves and chromatography switching valves, and the valve elements that serve a sealing function in these components need to be maintained regularly (through cleaning, application of specified lubricants, etc.) and replaced; otherwise, issues such as sticking, leakage, and internal leaks can occur, affecting the accuracy of the analysis results
